Pre-RSVP

So, here they are. Our pre-rsvp's! They went out about a month ago or so now, after trying to figure out how to sort out numbers best, I was given this idea and just ran with it.

The majority of the guests won't be able to make it to Florida, which we are totally understanding of, but because of this we have to get numbers for the invites. As we're having a destination wedding, the invites and going to be like (not so) mini information packs. Including everything they need to know about the wedding, as well as events happening before, the day it self and Florida in general. Because of this, we didn't want to spend the money and effort on those when some of the guest list would be a "no" straight away. So far it's worked out well, and it's let me design the "air mail" invites I was looking forward to doing.

We went with the air mail theme, as it seemed very fitting. Designing everything our selves was fairly easy, with free downloads and photo editing sites. I added the name of the guests with mini luggage-esq tags I found on eBay, which with the string, bought it altogether really nicely. A little "Save the date" photograph of us, and a self addressed envelope, finished of the touches.

I hope you like them as much as we do?

Paper Themes. Wedding Invites.

Wedding Invitations from Paper Themes*
I truly adore wedding stationary, from cute signs, to save the dates, there is just so much to choice from now. You can really pick wedding invites that show your personality and let the wedding theme shine through.
There stunning invitation samples got me so excited, although the traditional and classic ones aren't my cup of tea (or wedding!) they are still utterly beautiful. For me, I just love the vintage wedding invitations, something we're likely to go for for our own wedding. However, there is just so much to choice from- how do you even decide?
Do your save and dates & wedding invites reflect you, or is all about the wedding and your overall theme?

Engagement Cards ♥

I'm a sucker for pretty cards, my New Years resolution was to keep up with sending Birthday & celebration cards to friends and family. I want to be that annoying couple that everyone loves (I'm not sure we're there yet!)
I got so excited with all the lovely cards we received on our engagement, people are so lovely and it really means a lot to share the joy and love.

I love all the heart and pretty fonts, and the graphics & illustrations really make me smile ♥ I'm happy to spend some pennies for cute, different or amazing cards.

Do you try and send cards and well wishes to special people in your life?
